Resumen

Este número temático se enfoca en el estudio de la reforma a los sistemas de bienestar y seguridad social. Desde hace varias décadas un conjunto de países inició una serie de profundos cambios cuyos resultados han sido, entre otros, una nueva arquitectura institucional en el tipo de relaciones entre el Estado y la sociedad. Algunas de las implicaciones más importantes de estas reformas han sido las transformaciones a los sistemas de bienestar y seguridad social desde distintas concepciones.
