Moral tributaria y confianza institucional: Un metaanálisis con efecto moderador.

Resumen

Este estudio analizará Tax Morale (TM), realizando un metaanálisis de correlación, con la variable predictora Trust in Institutions (TI), y el efecto moderador de las variables corrupción y Shadow Economy (SE). Se seleccionaron 23 estudios considerando una muestra total de 109 países. Los resultados obtenidos confirman que el tamaño del efecto entre TI y TM es positivo y significativo, además se evidencia que corrupción y SE se comportan como moderadores. A partir de estos resultados, es posible concluir que es pertinente que los gobiernos apliquen políticas que mejoren la confianza de los ciudadanos, y con ello TM. También es fundamental disminuir el nivel de corrupción y economía sumergida en los países para fortalecer la relación estudiada. Con base en los resultados se proponen futuras líneas de investigación.

Biografía del autor/a

Alejandra Francisca Ubilla Ubilla, Universidad Santo Tomás, Facultad de Economía y Negocios, Escuela de Auditoría y Control de Gestión. Chile.

De profesión es contadora pública y auditora, magister en tributación y doctorante en Administración de Negocios de la Universi­dad de Chile. Toda su carrera profesional se encuentra ligada a la docencia e investiga­ción sobre materias de tributación. Inicialmente, fue coordinadora del Centro de Estudios Tributarios de la Universidad de Chile y editora de la revista de estudios tribu­tarios de la misma universidad. Gracias a su labor en esta institución, descubrió su interés por la investigación y la docencia, lo que la llevó a realizar cátedras en INACAP, Uni­versidad de Chile y Universidad de Talca. Actualmente, trabaja como profesora de planta en la Universidad Santo Tomás de Chile, donde desempeña labores de docencia de pregrado, coordinación de área e investigación.

Es magíster y docente de finanzas en la Univer­sidad Andrés Bello ubicada en Chile, de la Facultad de Economía y Negocios, impar­tiendo cátedras en la Escuela Ingeniería en Administración de Empresas, como administración financiera, análisis financiero y finanzas corporativas. Además, forma parte de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Vida de la misma universidad, realizando cátedras en la carrera de Ingeniería en Biotecnología, como: principios de gestión y finanzas, y evaluación de proyectos. Es doctorante en Administración de Negocios en la Universi­dad de Chile, con enfoque en Finanzas.
